How do I choose seats in the seating chart?
1. On the ticket selection page, choose the ‘Seating chart booking’ tab.
2. If you cannot see all the individual seats immediately, click the section of the seating chart in which you want to select your seat. You can also choose the price group directly in the menu ‘All categories’ on the left.
3. Click the seats of your choice to activate them (the seats will be marked with a thick border).
4. The chosen seats are now visible in the preview on the right. Choose a ticket type from the pull-down menu. If you are making a purchase through your phone's browser or app, please refer to the instructions for selecting the ticket type here.
5. Once you have chosen all the tickets you want, click the ‘Add to shopping cart’ button.
Please note! The seats you have chosen are only added to the shopping cart if you click the ‘Add to shopping cart’ button. Any seats you have selected in the seating chart will reset if you return to the previous page without first adding them to the shopping cart.
The seating chart is HTML5-based and works on all terminal devices (Windows, MacOS and mobile devices: iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
