How do I select the right ticket type?
If various types of tickets are available for an event, such as student, pensioner or school pupil tickets, you can select the desired ones in the online shop. The view will vary slightly depending on the device being used or if you are making the purchase through our application.
Computer browser: First select the desired seats in the seating chart. The selected seats are displayed on the right side of the chart, and you can select the type of each ticket in the drop-down menu provided.
Phone browser: First select the desired seats in the seating chart. After selecting the seats, tap the 'See other ticket types here' button. This enables you to select the type of each ticket in the drop-down menu.
Application: First select the desired seats in the seating chart and select 'Continue'. After this, you will see the selected seats and can change the ticket types by selecting 'See other ticket types here' under the seat information.
