When ordering a ticket by phone, you can pay by payment card (Visa & Mastercard), MobilePay, a culture benefit (SmartumPay and Edenred mobile payment) or Walley Pay Link instalments, which are available to private individuals. Lippu.fi invoicing is possible if there is still enough time before the event and the event organiser has allowed invoicing. In mass events, it is common that tickets must be paid for immediately. The paid tickets will be delivered as PDF tickets.

The Lippu.fi online shop will sell wheelchair and assistant seating in accordance with the event organiser’s wishes. If no wheelchair seating is available in the Lippu.fi online shop, please read the event information to check which channels sell wheelchair seating. In order to ensure the best service, the sale of wheelchair seating may have been restricted to certain sales channels to ensure that buyers receive sufficient additional information in connection with their purchase. This enables the event organiser to ensure that getting to the event venue and moving in the venue is most convenient.
