This form allows you to submit a cancellation request for products and services that are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Note:

  • Event tickets are classified under Finnish consumer protection law as leisure services, which generally do not carry a right of withdrawal. In addition, Lippupiste does not refund the service, order, or delivery fees charged in connection with the ticket purchase. Read more about the cancellation terms and conditions here.
  • This form does not apply to event cancellations. If an event is canceled, please wait for the instructions related to the cancellation.
  • You cannot apply for a Ticket Cover reimbursement using this form. You can find more information about Ticket Cover here.
