This form allows you to submit a cancellation request for products and services that are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please note that event tickets are classified under Finnish consumer protection law as leisure services, which generally do not carry a right of withdrawal. In addition, Lippupiste does not refund the service, order, or delivery fees charged in connection with the ticket purchase. Read more about the cancellation terms and conditions here.

Event Tickets

Event tickets generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Cancellations or refunds for event tickets cannot be requested using this form.
