What fees are added to the ticket purchase?
The ticket price presented by Lippu.fi includes a ticket sales service fee. In addition to the ticket price, we charge order fee and any delivery and payment method fees where applicable. Ticket outlets may also charge their own service fees when purchasing or collecting tickets from the ticket outlets. Available ticket delivery and payment methods may vary depending on the event.

ONLINE SHOP:

Order fee from €1.50 + 0.65% of the order / order total +

1) Mobile Ticket: no delivery fee
The HTML-format Mobile Ticket can be used without a designated application, and it can be easily opened in the mobile device browser. You can save the ticket on your mobile device or Apple Wallet/other wallet application. Mobile Tickets are not delivered as text messages, and they are not meant for printing.

2) LIPPU.Pass ticket: no delivery fee
Your LIPPU.Pass will be activated closer to the event. To retrieve your tickets, open the Lippu.fi app and tap on your order in the "Tickets" section. Here you will see your barcodes for admission. Please note: Only LIPPU.Pass tickets directly from the app will be accepted at the entrance scan.

3) PDF-ticket: €1
PDF tickets can be printed or displayed on the mobile device screen. The tickets are delivered in PDF format to the Personal Information section of the online shop. You can also open/save the tickets by clicking the link in the order confirmation.

4) Delivery by mail
- Delivery to Finland: €10.00 / order
- Delivery to other European countries: €20.00 / order
- Delivery to countries outside Europe/UPS courier delivery to Finland: €35.00 / order

5) Collecting a paid order at a Lippu.fi ticket outlet: €3.50 / order (+ when collecting from Stockmann, a service fee of €2.50 per ticket will be charged by Stockmann)

CORPORATE AND GROUP SALES:

Order fee €1.50 / order total +

1) Delivery of a paid order by post or as a PDF ticket
- Delivery by PDF ticket €1 / order
- Delivery to Finland: €10,00 / order
- Tickets with invoice to the consumer €10.00 / order
- Tickets with invoice to the company €25.00 / order
- Delivery to other European countries: €20.00 / order
- Delivery to countries outside Europe/UPS courier delivery to Finland: €35.00 / order


2) Collecting a reservation at a Lippu.fi ticket outlet
- Order fee €3 / order

3) Collecting a reservation at Stockmann
- Order fee €3 / order + Stockmann's service fee €2.50 / ticket

(You can redeem a maximum of 20 reserved tickets per order)




TICKET OUTLETS:

1) When purchased at a Lippu.fi ticket outlet
- Order fee €3 / order

2) When purchased at Stockmann
- Order fee €3 / order + Stockmann's service fee €2.50 / ticket. Stockmann charges a payment method fee of €5.00 per receipt for all tickets paid with cultural benefits.




Please note: In addition to an order fee, a payment method fee may be charged for the ticket purchase depending on the payment method selected:

1) Payment with an Amex credit card
- 1,5% of the order value/order in the online shop

2) Payment Method Fees for Cultural Benefits
- Epassi: 3.75% of the ticket order total
- Smartum: 4.4% of the ticket order total
- Edenred Virike: 5.6% of the ticket order total
- Stockmann charges a payment method fee of €5.00 per receipt for all tickets paid with cultural benefits.

3) Other payment methods
- No payment method fee
