How do I register as a user of Lippu.fi?
The registration link can be found in the Lippu.fi online shop at the top right of the page under the account icon. Enter your email address and a strong password of your choice or alternatively, you can register without a password.
Mandatory contact details for ticket order are first name, surname, street address, postal code, town, telephone number and email address.
After registration, you can log in to the service with the email and password you have created or alternatively, you can always sign in using a one-time code sent to your email.
If you forget your password, you can create a new one by clicking the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login page. We will send a one-time code to your email, which you can enter to set a new password for your account.
The personal data you submit when registering is collected in Lippu.fi's personal data file. The service provider records the information provided by the user when registering in the personal data file. Compulsory information includes the user's name, address, postal code, town/city, telephone number and email address.
On your account, you can update your contact details and view your orders and you customise your newsletter subscription options.
You can opt out of direct marketing at any time via the link provided at the bottom corner of each email you receive or via your own account on lippu.fi.
