Mobile Tickets
Mobile tickets (HTML format) are used without a separate app and can be easily opened in a mobile device’s browser. You can find the mobile ticket in the "My Orders" section of the lippu.fi online store and app, as well as in the order confirmation email. You can save the ticket to your mobile device, Apple Wallet, or another wallet app. The mobile ticket is not delivered via SMS, nor is it intended for printing.
Note: The mobile ticket is not the same as the LIPPU.Pass. The mobile ticket CANNOT be opened in the app as a QR code; instead, the ticket opens in the browser.
Sharing Wallet tickets:
iPhone:
Wallet tickets can be easily shared on Apple’s iPhone by opening the tickets in the Wallet app and pressing "Share".
Android:
You can share tickets from the Google Wallet app by pressing "Share now". Once you've shared the link, the recipient can forward it to anyone.
If you encounter problems transferring Wallet tickets, check the following:
- Your device’s operating system is up to date
- New updates are available for the Wallet app
- Your device has a working internet connection
