Here's how to ensure you're buying official tickets
From time to time, scam messages circulate on social media, as well as via text and email. To avoid scams and ticket overpricing, always ensure you're buying tickets through official channels.
The official sales channels of Lippu.fi are the lippu.fi online store, Lippu.fi sales points, the fanSALE secondary ticket market and our sales service. We do not recommend purchasing tickets from other channels.
fanSALE is the official ticket resale channel
fanSALE is our official ticket resale channel. By purchasing your tickets through fanSALE, you can be sure that you will receive official and reliable tickets for events.
Ticket resale abuses can occur on unofficial marketplaces. Tickets put up for sale on fanSALE are identified and verified by their unique barcodes, through which they are authenticated as genuine tickets. The buyer receives their tickets with a new, unique barcode (meaning the old ticket's barcode is voided).

LIPPU.Pass Delivery Method
LIPPU.Pass is a convenient and secure way to receive and manage your tickets digitally. Tickets are delivered via the Lippu.fi app, and the app is required to download and display them at the entrance. LIPPU.Pass tickets can be easily transferred to other members of your party through the app. You will receive an email notification a few days before the event when the tickets can be transferred.
