Was my order successfully completed? Why was I charged when I didn’t get the tickets?
''Paid'' means that the payment has been accepted.
''In progress'' means that your tickets are being processed for delivery.
''Cancellation'' means that the order was cancelled in connection with e-Payment or payment card processing, for example, and no tickets were formed as a result.
''Your order was successfully completed and your tickets are being prepared. We will inform you as soon as your tickets are ready for service.'' If any problems occur in the confirmation of the payment, your order may fail even if the price is successfully charged to you. Our customer service team will contact you and either provide you with corresponding tickets or refund the purchase price. If the event is less than a week away, please call our customer service.
If the payment seems to have failed, you should try making the purchase again in a moment.
