How can I use my campaign code or voucher?
Please always follow the campaign-specific instructions for redeeming codes.
If the code does not work, check the following:
- You are on the correct campaign page
- You have selected the right campaign
- You have entered the right campaign code (please note any lower case and upper case letters and the difference between zero and the letter ‘o’)
- Make sure that you have not entered extra spaces before or after the code
- Make sure that the campaign is still in effect
If your purchase is interrupted for any reason, the code will be released for use a moment later. If your code has not been released within an hour of your previous purchase attempt, please contact our sales service.
