How do I verify the authenticity of a ticket?
If the tickets have been purchased in the lippu.fi online shop, through our telephone service or at a ticket outlet, the tickets are authentic.
We cannot take responsibility for tickets purchased through other distribution channels, and we are not obliged to verify their authenticity. Unfortunately, the authenticity of a ticket cannot be verified by any of our ticket outlets. Lippu.fi will never re-sell tickets in any other channel than its own official channels.
