How do I use my culture benefits?
Make use of your employment benefits and buy yourself tickets to thousands of different events via the lippu.fi online shop. For those wanting to use their culture vouchers, lippu.fi offers a separate online shop where you can easily find all the event tickets included in the benefit. A personal benefit only allows you to buy a ticket or gift voucher for your own use.
Please note that the selection in the cultural benefit ticket shop may differ from the selection in our online store. Campaigns, such as pre-sales, may have more limited payment options.
With Epassi you can pay for your tickets either:
In the separate Lippu.fi culture benefit shop: Culture benefits cannot be used as a payment method at the lippu.fi online shop; you must visit the separate culture benefit shop where the Edenred card, Smartum and Epassi benefits, as well as lippu.fi gift vouchers are accepted as payment methods. Ticket outlets: The agreements are ticket outlet specific, so please check whether using the benefit is possible either through the search of possible locations on the service provider’s website or by contacting the ticket outlet directly.

Limitations: Due to tax-related reasons, the following event tickets cannot be purchased with culture benefits: amusement park tickets, casino or poker tournament tickets, fair tickets (except sports or culture fairs), entrance to night clubs or restaurants, tickets including food or drink service or accommodation, undated tickets, and ticket packages for several people (such as family tickets).
The benefit is always personal, so only one ticket per event can be bought using culture benefits. For more information, visit the Finnish Tax Administration website here (in Finnish). Paying with other culture benefits than Edenred’s Virike benefit or Smartum benefits is not currently possible in the online shop.
