Can I exchange my ticket or cancel my order?
The ticket purchase is binding. In accordance with the Lippu.fi User Agreement, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you have purchased other products from our online store that are covered by the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you can submit a withdrawal request here.
Cancel a Gift Voucher Purchase:
To cancel the purchase of a gift voucher, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the voucher. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift vouchers that have already been redeemed, either in full or in part. Once your withdrawal request has been processed, the value of the voucher will generally be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Submit a withdrawal request here.
