Can I exchange my ticket or cancel my order?
The ticket purchase is binding. In accordance with the Lippu.fi User Agreement, tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
If you have insured your tickets with our ticket cover, you can apply for compensation for your tickets directly from the insurance company under the terms and conditions of the insurance: Ticket cover.
You can try to resell your ticket purchased from the Lippu.fi online shop safely through our official resale channel fanSALE.
The best way to identify the events for which tickets can be sold on fanSALE is to look for the fanSALE tab on the Lippu.fi website in connection with the event.
