I would like to buy a gift voucher. What are my options?

You can buy Lippu.fi gift vouchers from the Lippu.fi online shop.
The value of the gift vouchers is between €5.00 and €500.00.
Delivery method: A printable gift voucher in PDF format sent by email or a physical gift voucher sent by post. The delivery time is 8-12 postal delivery days.
Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase. The value of the gift voucher will not be refunded after it has expired. The voucher can also be used to buy tickets to an event that takes place after the expiry date of the voucher.

How do I use a Lippu.fi gift voucher?
Use the gift voucher or promo code in the shopping cart before selecting the delivery and payment method. Enter the gift voucher code in the designated field without spaces and confirm the voucher by clicking the arrow. The value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total amount in the cart. Multiple Lippu.fi gift vouchers can be used in the same order (promo codes distributed for marketing purposes can only be used once per order).
If the value of the gift voucher does not cover the entire amount, you can pay the remaining balance using your chosen payment method.
If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift voucher, you can use the remaining balance later. The original validity period of the gift voucher remains unchanged.
Limitations: Lippu.fi gift vouchers CANNOT be used to pay for tickets at Lippu.fi’s ticket outlets or in the event organiser’s ticket sales.
Lippu.fi Gift4You voucher
Lippu.fi gift vouchers are also sold in cooperation with Gift4You.
Places of sale: K-Citymarket, K-Supermarket, K-Market, Lidl, Stockmann Helsinki, Prisma, Alepa and ABC.
The vouchers are worth between €20 or €100 depending on the purchase location.
Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase. The value of the gift voucher will not be refunded after it has expired. The voucher can also be used to buy tickets to an event that takes place after the expiry date of the voucher.

Places of sale: Lippu.fi ticket outlet vouchers are sold by phone and at ticket outlets.
The value of the gift vouchers is between €5.00 and €700.00.
Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase. The value of the gift voucher will not be refunded after it has expired. The voucher can also be used to buy tickets to an event that takes place after the expiry date of the voucher.
Places of use: Lippu.fi ticket outlet gift vouchers can be used as payment at Lippu.fi ticket outlets.
How do I use a Lippu.fi ticket outlet voucher?
Lippu.fi ticket outlet gift vouchers can be used to buy tickets or pay for an advance booking at a ticket outlet. The gift voucher or any remaining balance will not be exchanged for cash. If the value of the voucher is greater than the amount of the purchase, you will receive a new voucher for the remaining value. If the remaining amount is less than €5.00, it will be refunded in cash.
Limitations: Ticket outlet gift vouchers CANNOT be used in the Lippu.fi online shop.
Other terms and conditions regarding the Lippu.fi , Gift4You and ticket outlet vouchers:
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed.
If the value of the vouchers exceeds the amount of the purchase, the rest of the voucher can be used later within its validity period. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lippupiste is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Keep your gift vouchers in a safe place.
If an event for which a gift voucher has been used is cancelled, Lippupiste i will reimburse the customer for the value of the gift voucher in cash. If the event is canceled due to the event organizer's bankruptcy or insolvency, any refund or claim by the customer will be directed to the event organizer's bankruptcy estate. In such a situation, Lippupiste is not responsible for refunding the ticket price or the value of a gift voucher.
Event organiser’s gift voucher
Many event organisers, such as theatres, have their own gift vouchers that can be purchased and used in the same manner as Lippu.fi’s ticket outlet gift vouchers.
Places of sale: The event organiser’s own ticket office, Lippu.fi phone sales) and Lippu.fi ticket outlets.
Validity period: 12 months from the date of purchase. The value of the gift voucher will not be refunded after it has expired.
The voucher can also be used to buy tickets to an event that takes place after the expiry date of the voucher.
Places of use: The event organiser’s own ticket office and Lippu.fi ticket outlets.
How do I use an event organiser’s gift voucher?
You can use an event organiser’s gift voucher to buy tickets at the event organiser’s own ticket office or at a Lippu.fi ticket outlet. The gift voucher or any remaining balance will not be exchanged for cash. If the value of the voucher is greater than the amount of the purchase, you will receive a new voucher for the remaining value.
Limitations: An event organiser’s gift voucher CANNOT be used in the Lippu.fi online shop. Check carefully what it says on the gift voucher. Some gift vouchers state that the voucher can only be used at the event organiser’s own ticket office. If the value of the gift voucher is not stated in euros, the gift voucher cannot be accepted by a Lippu.fi ticket outlet and you must use it at the event organiser’s own ticket office.
