What should I do if the event is cancelled?
Always check the page of the cancelled event for more information and dates for ticket refunds. For each event, we agree on a procedure with the event organiser. Lippu.fi acts as a ticket broker, and the event organiser is responsible for the possible cancellation of the event, as well as any venue or schedule changes.
Tickets cannot be returned to a ticket outlet.
Please note that if an event has been rescheduled and the ticket is valid for the new date as is, or if changes have been made to the ticket, the changes will not be visible on your Lippu.fi account.
