Culture House Korundi is a versatile event venue within walking distance from the center of Rovaniemi, near the train station and bus station. It is home to Lapland Chamber Orchestra and the Rovaniemi Art Museum, where art lovers and creators come together.
Every visit to Korundi is a first. Changing exhibitions and unique concerts are a constant source for inspiration, astonishment and enlightenment. Korundi is a stone foundation of culture in Lapland, a post bus depot that survived the second world war and now delivers messages through art.
The red brick landmark is a stylish venue for meetings and functions, where first-class arrangements and service guarantee memorable moments.
The intimate atmosphere and superb acoustics of Korundi's concert hall are felt in each of its 340 seats. The versatile Korundi Hall hosts concerts of classical and popular music, acoustic gigs, music theater, and stand-up comedy, among other events.
Korundi can be entered through doors on both the southern and northern sides. The lobby area of Korundi houses the ticket sales, a free self-service cloakroom, and lockers. Korundi is not responsible for any items left on the coat racks.
The ticket sales at Korundi is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event, if there are still tickets available at the door.
Korundi Kitchen & Café mainly serves during intermissions at concerts.
