Fáilte, welcome to an enchanting evening of Irish music, song and dance, inspired by Ireland’s ancient myths, seasonal traditions and folklore.
Samhain brings together traditional and contemporary Irish culture through live music, dance and storytelling. The performance features world-class artists from Ireland and Finland, combining original compositions with beloved songs, tunes and dances.
Live on stage is Cúigear, the Irish-Finnish collective featuring Mark Hennessey and Dáithí Ó Braonáin (Ireland) together with Helena Rängman, Markus Asunta and Eugene Chernov (Finland).
The performance also features former Voice of Finland winner Kalle Virtanen,
Stefanie Tuurna, and guest Irish dancers. Visuals, stage design and additional soundtrack elements are created by Mark Hennessey.
Inspired by the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, this unique production invites audiences on a journey into the darker and more mystical side of Irish tradition, where music, movement and storytelling meet the spirits and folklore of the season.
