Sydänpelto: The ticket includes access to a designated area at the front of the floor (Golden Circle). Assistant policy: An assistant is admitted free of charge when accompanying a person requiring assistance. The need for an assistant must be verified at the door, for example by presenting an EU Disability Card.
Wheelchair tickets: You can purchase your ticket through the Lippu.fi online store. The wheelchair ticket includes a seat for an assistant. No separate ticket will be issued for the assistant; they may enter the event together with the wheelchair ticket holder. Please note that wheelchair tickets are available in limited quantities.
Other customers requiring an assistant: A separate ticket must be reserved for the assistant. Please purchase your ticket and the free assistant ticket (service fee €1.60) at a Lippu.fi full-service sales point or by calling Lippu.fi customer service at +358 9 2314 3986 (check service hours online).
Tickets may not be used as competition or raffle prizes without permission from the event organizer.

The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the Seating Plan is not available for all events.

This means that the tickets reserved for your chosen price group or section of the seating chart are either fully booked at the moment, not yet on sale or their sale has ended.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other.
It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Seating Plan.
Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.
