What payment methods can I use to buy tickets?
PAYMENT METHODS IN WEBSHOP
Paying with an online banking e-Payment
We accept following banks: OP, Nordea, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, POP Pankki, Aktia, OmaSP, Danske Bank, Ålandsbanken
All payments will be processed by our partner, Paytrail. Data transfers between the customer and Lippupiste and between Lippupiste and Paytrail/Adyen are carried out using secure technology (SSL/HTTPS). Paytrail/Adyen protects your card number and personal information, and they will not be disclosed to a third party.
Payment with Apple Pay or Google Pay
Apple Pay
Apple Pay can be used on iPhones, iPads and Mac computers in Safari. So you can pay with Apple Pay in the lippu.fi store using the Safari browser or in the application when you choose Apple Pay as the payment method.

Google Pay
Google Pay can be used on Android smartphones and Google Chrome browsers.
So you can pay with Google Pay in the lippu.fi store or in the app when you choose Google Pay as the payment method.

MobilePay
With MobilePay, you can pay for your purchase quickly and easily in the lippu.fi online shop without the need to enter your payment card information.
Select MobilePay as the payment method, enter your phone number in the field that appears and accept the payment in MobilePay on your mobile phone. Activate the online payment feature in MobilePay before making your first purchase! You need an online banking ID to activate the application.
MobilePay’s normal payment limits do not apply in online shops. You can therefore make purchases as per your payment card limits.
Please note: MobilePay does not work as a payment method in the Lippu.fi app.

Paying with cultural benefits
In the separate Lippu.fi culture benefit shop, you can pay with Edenred’s Virike benefit, Smartum benefits and Epassi benefits.
Culture benefits cannot be used as a payment method at the lippu.fi online shop; you must visit the separate culture benefit shop where the Edenred card, Smartum and Epassi benefits, as well as lippu.fi gift vouchers are accepted as payment methods.
Please note that the selection in the cultural benefit ticket shop may differ from the selection in our online store. Campaigns, such as pre-sales, may have more limited payment options.

Paying with Avios
You can pay for your purchases with Avios. You can pay with a combination of Avios and money or pay for the entire purchase with Avios. The amount of Avios used is automatically deducted from your Finnair Plus member account. The most common online banking and credit card payment methods are available for customers who want to pay a portion of the purchase price with money.
Instructions for the Lippu.fi online store:
1. Choose ‘Finnair Plus – Pay with Avios or a combination of money and Avios’ as the payment method.
2. Log in to the Finnair service with your Finnair Plus membership number and password.
3. Choose whether you want to pay with Avios only or with a combination of money and Avios. The amount of Avios used will be automatically deducted from your account.
4. Check that your contact information is correct.
5. Lippupiste will send a confirmation for a successfully submitted order to your e-mail, and your purchased items will be delivered to you in accordance with your order.

Paying with Paypal
You can pay for your purchases with Paypal payment.
Paying with a payment card
You can pay with the following payment cards:
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express
Visa Secure, MasterCard Identity Check and American Express SafeKey are strong authentication services, developed by international card companies, that improve the security of online payments. When a purchase is made, the service verifies both parties of the transaction: the customer and the vendor.
We use the 3D Secure 2.0 (3DS) authentication method, which increases the payer's security during payment.
When making a payment, your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with your personal bank credentials known from online banking or with a separate ID received from the bank.
If you use a mobile device to make a payment, you can also authenticate with facial or fingerprint recognition. This is biometric payment verification, which takes place smoothly via the customer's mobile device and no separate verification is requested.
SafeKey authentication is used when paying with an American Express card. No information you provide, such as your banking credentials, will be disclosed to the vendor. The vendor will only receive a confirmation of the success of the authentication in the form of a sales permit.
Saving your payment card information in the online store:
As a customer of Lippu.fi, you can also save your payment card information to the secure servers of Lippu.fi’s money transfer company.
Here is how it works:
When you purchase tickets and want to pay for them with a payment card, you can also save your card information for use with your next purchase. By doing this, you will not have to re-enter your payment card information every time you make a purchase. The next time you make a purchase, you will only need your card’s 3-digit security code (CVV). 3D authentication will also not be needed.
Here is how you can check your saved payment cards at the www.lippu.fi website: Log in and go to My details -> View/change customer details. You can also remove your card information if you do not want to use the card anymore in the future. You can save the information of several cards.
Payment by Walley Invoice
Walley invoice and Walley installment payment give you more time to pay for your e-commerce purchases. Using them, you can wait for your order to arrive before its payment. You can pay for your purchase at once with an invoice, or choose a one-time credit where you choose the payment period and monthly installments that work best for you.

Paying with the online shop’s gift voucher
Use the lippu.fi gift voucher/discount code in the shopping cart before selecting the delivery and payment method by entering the gift voucher code into the designated field without spaces and accept the gift voucher by clicking on the arrow. The value of the gift voucher is deducted from the shopping cart total. You can use multiple lippu.fi online shop gift vouchers for the same order (codes that have been issued for marketing purposes can only be used on a one per order basis).

Paying with culture benefits
You can use culture benefits as payment instruments at Lippu.fi ticket outlets. We recommend checking the places of use on the voucher provider’s website. Our ticket outlets make an agreement directly with the culture benefit provider.

PAYMENT METHODS IN THE TELEPHONE SERVICE
Payment cards (Visa & Mastercard), Lippu.fi invoice, MobilePay, SmartumPay, Edenred mobile payment and Walley Pay Link instalments. The option of paying in instalments is only available to private individuals. Paying with culture benefits is possible with the app, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.
