Places for escorts are located behind the wheelchair spaces. Accessible restroom facilities equipped with ceiling lifts are located next to the wheelchair seating (3rd floor, between A1-A2 blocks, 1,020) and on the arena level (1st floor, 3,004) next to the Eventum event restaurant. Customers need to bring their own lifting harness.
