Automatic seat booking

With automatic seat booking we will automatically choose seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.

Seating Plan

The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

Please note that the Seating Plan is not available for all events.

Currently not available

This means that the tickets reserved for your chosen price group or section of the seating chart are either fully booked at the moment, not yet on sale or their sale has ended.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Seating Plan.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

You can walk from Porvoo bus station to the Art Factory in ten minutes. The local buses number 1, 2, 4 and 5 from the city centre passes the Art Factory's front door. Hop off the bus when the bus has crossed River Porvoonjoki. For timetables, see www.porvoonliikenne.fi or www.matkahuolto.fi

The Art Factory has a lot of parking area. The area has a big parking hall and two parking areas outside. You drive into the parking hall from Taidetehtaankatu and you can park the first hour for free. Please note that the height of the door opening is 2,3 m.

You get the first hour free parking ticket by pressing the green button in the automat. If you want to park for two hours, you pay for one hour (1,50€) and press the button and you will get two hours of parking time.

There are also parking areas maintained by the City of Porvoo in the Art Factory area. These areas are located by the streets of Kokonniementie and Taidetehtaankatu and these costs 2€ / h from Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and on Saturdays from 8am - 3pm.

The Art Factory is accessible.
In the Avanti-hall places for wheelchairs are on rows 16 and 17. Wheelchairs access the seat from the hallway leading to the backstage areas.
In the Factory hall wheelchairs are on the floor rows.

Free access for Assistants for customers in wheelchairs is included in the ticket.
