Trains and long-distance buses arrive at the Matkakeskus station 1.2 km from the centre of Lappeenranta. You can then take the bus from the Matkakeskus to Koulukatu, which is the closest stop to the Lappeenranta Room (450 m). Practically all local buses stop at the Koulukatu stop. The nearest taxi station is just 50 m away on Pormestarinkatu.

Parking in the City Hall parking garage is free of charge for concert guests. There is also ample street parking and numerous parking garages close to the City Hall.

Venue
Dozens of concerts and other shows are staged in the Lappeenranta Room each year. The venue is located in the middle of the city centre, in the immediate vicinity of hotel accommodation. Lappeenranta has excellent connections by car, train or plane.

The public areas of the Lappeenranta Room are fully accessible. There is a toilet for the disabled in the first floor foyer. Space for audience members in wheelchairs is reserved on row 11, the top row.
