KAJ’s song “Bara Bada Bastu” became an instant hit that quickly won over audiences around the world. It went straight to number one on Spotify in both Finland and Sweden and also dominated charts across the Nordics and the Baltics. Internationally, the song’s success has been just as impressive: it debuted at number 138 on the Spotify Global Chart and later reached the top of the Spotify Viral 50 Global chart.
The group consists of Kevin Holmström, Axel Åhman, and Jakob Norrgård. KAJ’s story began in 2009 in their hometown of Vörå. With their sharp and nostalgic songs, the group has celebrated Finland-Swedish culture by blending Nordic folk influences with modern pop and theatrical expression. What started as a local phenomenon has quickly grown into sold-out tours, albums, and a historic victory in Melodifestivalen in 2025. At the same time, KAJ became the first Finland-Swedish act to represent Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest.
