    Pick up the tickets from a Lippu.fi sales outlet. Please note that you cannot redeem your tickets directly at the event venue! Check your nearest pick-up point before placing your order.

Automatic seat booking

With automatic seat booking we will automatically choose seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.

Seating Plan

The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

Please note that the Seating Plan is not available for all events.

Currently not available

This means that the tickets reserved for your chosen price group or section of the seating chart are either fully booked at the moment, not yet on sale or their sale has ended.

Only single seats available

In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other. It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Seating Plan.

Concessions

Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Car parking at Korundi’s main entrance is free of charge inside the fences. There are a limited number of parking spaces and please note that some of the parking spaces are reserved for staff. More parking spaces are also available at the Revontuli Shopping Centre located near Korundi.

There are separately marked parking spaces for persons with reduced mobility near the entrance.

The Korundi Hall has three wheelchair spaces, which are located on the right side when entering the hall from the left door. Wheelchair and assistant tickets can be purchased from Lippu.fi sales channels and from the Korundi ticket sales.

The accessible toilet is located in the lobby, next to the cloakroom.

The art museum exhibitions are located on two floors. The elevators are located under the stairs when entering the exhibition space and at the end of the exhibition space.
