Performance Update regarding K-Pop Infinity 16.5.2026 at House of Culture, Helsinki
We regret to inform you that the sold out performance of K-Pop Infinity will no longer take place. This is due to the termination of the agreement between the Promoter (Showbizz Concerts ApS) and the Producer of K-Pop Infinity, following a breakdown in the professional relationship.
The Replacement Show: An alternative show has been arranged so you can still enjoy a great K-Pop experience. On the same date, 16.5.2026 at 13.00 we will welcome K-Pop Superstars, a production from the UK featuring 8 professional performers (4 singers and 4 dancers), known for their high-energy and authentic performance. Attend the Replacement Show:
If you have a ticket for the K-Pop Infinity 13.00 o’clock show, your current tickets remain valid for K-Pop Superstars. No action is required if you wish to attend.
If you have a ticket for the 16.45 o’clock show, and you want to attend the 13.00 o’clock K-Pop Superstars show, please ask for ticket change not later than on Wednesday 6.5.2026 via https://www.lippu.fi/campaign/en/contact-form. You will receive a new ticket by email. Please, make sure you have your new ticket with you, when arriving to the House of Culture.
Request a Refund:
If you do not wish to attend the replacement show, you are entitled to a refund of your ticket purchase. Please, ask for refund not later than on Wednesday 6.5.2026 via https://web.lippu.fi/palautus> . If you have purchased tickets using the LIPPU.Pass delivery method, you can request a refund of the ticket price through the Lippu.fi mobile app. In the app, open the tickets, after which information about the event cancellation and a Request refund button will appear. Clicking the refund button opens a form where you must enter the payment details used for the purchase.

Automatic seat booking
With automatic seat booking we will automatically choose seats available depending on your chosen price level and the number of tickets you require.
Seating Plan
The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.
Please note that the Seating Plan is not available for all events.
Currently not available
This means that the tickets reserved for your chosen price group or section of the seating chart are either fully booked at the moment, not yet on sale or their sale has ended.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other.
It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Seating Plan.
Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.
Information on promoter
Note:
The promoter is responsible for the event and has confirmed that it complies with the applicable legislation and provide products and services only in accordance with the applicable rules of European Union law. Lippupiste Oy is only acting as a ticketing agent on behalf of the promoter.
The Helsinki Hall of Culture is next to Linnanmäki Amusement Park, near the Helsinki city centre, and benefits from good traffic links. Tram lines 1, 1A, 3, 8, and 9 all pass the Helsinki Hall of Culture. Bus 23 from the Rautatientori square and Pasila station runs to and from the facilities. Also bus 70T from Kamppi ja Suutarila. Coaches arriving from Lahti and Porvoo and the Finnair buses from the Helsinki–Vantaa airport all stop at the Helsinki Hall of Culture. Charter coaches and taxis can drop off passengers in front of the building.
Parking
The Helsinki Hall of Culture does not have its own parking facilities. The nearest parking facilities are the car park for approximately 17 vehicles next to the Helsinki Hall of Culture building (4 h with a parking disc), the Linnanmäki car parks about a five-minute walk from the Helsinki Hall of Culture (fees charged in some areas), and metered parking spaces on the streets.
Accessibility
Wheelchair spaces are located in the in stalls, upper section B, first row. Access to these seats is directly from the main lobby by the entrace using lift. We kindly ask all guets using wheelchair or a walker, for ecample to arrive early. Companions and assistants must have tickets also. Guests using guide dogs or assistance dogs can attend concerts.The dog can also be left to a special location in the lobby if necessary.
