LIPPU.Pass - digital delivery method - General FAQs
Information about the ticket type LIPPU.Pass.
With LIPPU.Pass you receive and manage your tickets purely digitally. The ticket purchase also works without the Lippu.fi app. However, you will need it to retrieve the tickets and show them at the entrance using the Lippu.fi app.
Tickets can be transferred to other members of the party or all tickets can be presented from one phone if the whole party arrives at the same time.
Note! Only LIPPU.Pass directly from the Lippu.fi app entitles you to entry to the event. There are no printed tickets. Screenshots of the QR-code on the ticket will not be accepted at the entrance. Only tickets presented directly from the app will be accepted at ticket control.
How does the purchasing process work for LIPPU.Pass tickets?
The purchase process in our webshop is exactly the same as you know it from the other ticket types. The difference to "conventional" tickets is that you will not receive your LIPPU.Pass tickets by mail or e-mail, but they will be provided via the Lippu.fi app.
Can I also load my LIPPU.Pass ticket into my Wallet?
No, the ticket can only be called up and is valid in the Lippu.fi app. This is how you retrieve your ticket(s).
How can I retrieve my LIPPU.Pass tickets?
Your tickets are visible in the Lippu.fi app after purchase. Please note that the QR codes will appear on the tickets 24 hours before the event. To retrieve your tickets, open the Lippu.fi app and tap on your

How do I forward the tickets to the people with whom I want to attend the concert?
A few days before the event, tickets can be forwarded to other Lippu.fi accounts.
Tickets are transferred to other accounts via our app. Go to the ticket you want to transfer and press the "transfer ticket" button. First accept the terms and conditions of the transfer, then you can send the transfer link to your friend via the channel of your choice (we recommend per email or text message). The recipient must have a Lippu.fi account and the app enabled, and the link must be opened on the device where the app is downloaded. The ticket is then transferred as a link to another person for approval. Please note that it may take a while for the link to be activated.
Device Requirements To ensure the functionality of the Lippu.fi app and LIPPU.Pass tickets, please check the following:
- You are using the latest version of the application
- Your phone's operating system is up to date
- Chrome is the default browser on your device
- JavaScript is enabled in the browser
- Your phone's security updates are up to date
- If you are using a WLAN connection, make sure it is not VPN-protected
- The application download source is only Google Play Store (Android)
- Your device's iOS version is 15 or newer, Android version is 12 or newer
