Assistance policies: An assistant accompanying a person with disabilities can attend the event for free. The need for an assistant must be verified upon request at the event entrance, for example, by presenting the EU Disability Card. Wheelchair Tickets: Wheelchair tickets are available for purchase through Lippu.fi’s online store. Each wheelchair ticket includes a seat for one assistant. The assistant will not receive a separate ticket but can attend the event with the wheelchair ticket holder. Please note that wheelchair tickets are limited in quantity. Other attendees requiring assistance: For other attendees requiring assistance, the assistant should reserve their own ticket. Please purchase your ticket along with the free assistant ticket (with a service fee of 1.60 €) from Lippu.fi’s full-service ticket outlet (www.lippu.fi/en/help/outlets/) or by calling Lippu.fi's customer service at 09 2314 3986 (see the service's opening hours here).

The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

This means that the tickets reserved for your chosen price group or section of the seating chart are either fully booked at the moment, not yet on sale or their sale has ended.
Only single seats available
In your chosen price level there are now only single seats available. Although there may be a large number of seats available they will not be next to each other.
It may be possible to book consecutive seats in a different price level or by using the Seating Plan.
Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Paviljonkiin pääsee kätevästi ympäri Suomen linja-autolla ja junalla. Linja-autot ja junat saapuvat Jyväskylän Matkakeskukselle, josta kävelysilta tuo suoraan Paviljonkiin.

By road
OMALLA AUTOLLA PÄÄSET LÄHELLE KÄTEVÄSTI
Omalla autolla pääset kätevästi perille asti ja parkkipaikkoja on tarjolla kahdessa pysäköintitalossa. Jyväskylä on neljän valtatien risteyksessä, joilta löytyvät opasteet Paviljonkiin. Rantaväylältä (E 63) ajetaan Satamakadun kautta Paviljonki 1 -opasteiden mukaan.
Paviljongin pysäköintitalot ovat P-Paviljonki 1 (Satamakatu 3) ja P-Paviljonki 2 (Uno Savolan katu 6). Paviljongin pysäköintialueita hallinnoi Jyväs-Parkki Oy ja kaikki P-alueet ovat maksullisia.
Auton voi myös pysäköidä keskustaan ja kävellä Matkakeskuksen ylikulkusillan kautta Paviljonkiin. Kävelymatkan päässä Paviljongista on runsaasti parkkitilaa.
Jokaiseen viihdetapahtumaan on myynnissä myös pyörätuolipaikkoja. Pyörätuolipaikkaan sisältyy aina saattajapaikka. Pyörätuolipaikoille on esteetön tasalattiareitti ala-aulasta. Pyörätuolipaikat ovat myynnissä Lippu.fi:n sivuilla ja myyntipisteissä.
Messutapahtumiin pyörätuoliasiakkaan saattaja pääsee sisään veloituksetta.
