Reimbursement of the ticket price

 

You can use this form to request reimbursement for the price of tickets unused due to cancellation if
 

  • You have placed a pick-up order in the Lippu.fi online shop but have not yet picked up your tickets, or

  • the ticket number you entered was not recognised.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Lippu.fi will not refund the service or order fee charged with the ticket purchase or any delivery or payment method fees, in accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority. If no service fee is indicated on the ticket, we will retain the service fee per ticket charged at the time of purchase. Purchases made online using credit cards or PayPal will be refunded to the payment method used for the purchase by default.
