The Seating Plan allows you to purchase exactly the seats you want for an event at a specific venue. Open the seating plan for an overview of all available seats, then click on the seats you want to select them.

Concessions
Concession tickets are often available, e.g. to students, children and seniors. If purchasing concession priced tickets, proof of entitlement, e.g. a valid student id card, may be requested by the venue.

Parking
Teatterin ympäristössä pysäköintipaikkoja on rajoitetusti. Tapahtumien yhteydessä suosittelemme pysäköimään autot ydinkeskustaan, Kauppatorin läheisyyteen ja saapumaan kävelysiltaa pitkin teatterille, tai käyttämään vaikkapa kimppakyytiä tai taksia. Kauppatorin ja sen ympäristön pysäköintialueet ovat pääsääntöisesti joko kiekollisia tai lippuautomaatilla varustettuja alueita. Pysäköintialueet ovat kaupungin pysäköinninvalvonnan alaisia.
Saavuttaessa teatterille Kylpylaitoksentietä pitkin on tien molemmilla puolilla noin 100 metriä ennen teatteria lähiopastein merkitty pysäköintialue, joka on tarkoitettu teatterin ja Spahotel Casinon asiakkaille. Lisäksi Kylpylaitoksentien varressa on pysäköintimahdollisuus. Pysäköinti näille alueille on maksutonta.
Teatterin invapysäköintipaikat sijaitsevat Taiteilijoiden sisäänkäyntiä vastapäätä (Kylpylaitoksentie 4), ja ne on merkitty invaliditunnuksin. Kulku pyörätuolilla teatteriin tapahtuu esteettömästi Taiteilijoiden sisäänkäynnin kautta.
Accessibility
Pyörätuolipaikat sijaitsevat 16. rivillä, jonne on esteetön kulku. Myös muihin tiloihin (Ravintola Wanha Kasino, Onnellisten Ateljee) on esteetön kulku. Inva-WC:t löytyvät Ravintola Wanhalta Kasinolta sekä alakerran Onnellisten Ateljeesta (kulku hissillä). Avustajan lippu on teatterin esityksissä maksuton.
Induktiosilmukka Pääsalissa on kuulolaitetta käyttävien asiakkaiden avuksi induktiosilmukka riveillä 12–14, paikat 22–30. Tällä alueella kuulolaitetta käytetään T-asennossa.
