TAR: time, ahnung, rajaton

TAR invites the international community during the dark time of the year to witness artistic proposals from sonic and geographic peripheries presented in resonant spaces around the city.

The festival also includes free program open for everyone, at the Intiö Water Tower and Oulu Cathedral.

The festival program starts on Wednesday with a Symposium at the City Library Saari at 6 PM.
