Gift someone with an experience! You can purchase a paper Lippu.fi voucher delivered by mail or a PDF voucher delivered by email. You can also specify whether you would like the paper voucher to be delivered by post to you or the recipient of the gift. You can make your selection in connection with your order by selecting either your own or the recipient’s address as the delivery address. We also offer beautiful gift envelopes for vouchers delivered by mail! If you choose a PDF voucher, it will be delivered to you by email directly after purchase. Mail delivery of vouchers will usually take 5–8 days.
Please note! Lippu.fi vouchers may only be used in the Lippu.fi online shop at www.lippu.fi. R-kiosks, Lippu.fi sales points or event organiser ticket sales will NOT accept Lippu.fi vouchers.
The value of the gift voucher may be between €5 and €500.
The voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The value of the voucher cannot be reimbursed after the voucher has expired. Vouchers will not be redeemed. Lippu.fi is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. Keep your gift vouchers in a safe place. If the event that the voucher was used for is cancelled, Lippu.fi will return the value of the voucher to the customer in cash.
How to use Lippu.fi gift vouchers: You can use Lippu.fi vouchers to buy tickets and products in the Lippu.fi online shop. Enter the numerical code on the voucher in the designated field on the first page of the shopping cart. If the value of the voucher is greater than the value of the purchase, the remaining balance can be used later on. Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash. If the value of the order is greater than the value of the gift voucher, the remaining sum can be paid for with another payment method. You can also use several vouchers for one order.
Please note that order fee 1.50 EUR / order will be added to the amount in the shopping cart. Gift card cannot be used as a payment method to purchase a new gift card.
