Online ticket purchase is not working
The online Net Store has been tested to be compatible with the following newest browsers. We recommend the use of the newest browsers and default settings to ensure a problem-free operation of all services.
It is not possible to buy tickets between 11pm - 7am, but you can view events. Lippupiste servers are under maintenance during that time.
Problems with print-at-home tickets?
Currently Lippupiste has two webshops. If you are acquiring Live Nation admission tickets, you are dealing with the Eventim.fi webshop. Your purchases will not be seen at the "My Orders" page, therefore it is important to print the tickets right away or to save them to your computer. If you failed to print and/or save the tickets, please contact us through the Feedback page, and we will send the tickets to your e-mail.
If, in the Lippu.fi webshop, your order for print-at-home tickets fails and you are unable to print the tickets, go to the address http://www.lippu.fi/, log in with your user ID and password, go to the "Check My Order" page, re-enter your password, and you will get a list of the tickets you have bought. Click on the order number to view the order details, and click on the "Get the Print-at-Home Tickets for this Order" icon, and a link will be displayed through which you can open the tickets. If these measures did not help open the tickets, please contact Lippupiste customer service by e-mail lippu@lippu.fi or call tel. 010 633 1090 (mobile phones 8.21c per call + 16.90c per min and fixed phones 8.21c per call + 5.90c per min). The customer service is open Monday-Friday 8.30am - 4pm. Please give us the details of the tickets you were buying (event, date and time of performance).
In order to be able to print out print-at-home tickets you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 program, or a newer version. A new Acrobat Reader can be downloaded at Adobe's website
Problems with SMS tickets / I lost my SMS ticket
Go to the address www.lippu.fi, log in with your user ID and password, go to the "My Orders" page, and you will get a list of the tickets you have bought, click on your ordering details, which displays the details of your order, as well as instructions on how to re-order the ticket with your mobile phone.
I paid for the tickets, selected Mail Ticket as a method of delivery, but I didn't receive the tickets within a week
After paying you may not have returned from the bank's web site to the Lippupiste Online Store via the bank program's return link. Please contact Lippupiste customer service through the Feedback page or call tel. 010 633 1090. Please give us the details of the tickets you were buying (event, date and time of performance).
Did you forget your password /User ID
You can get your password/User ID by ordering it through this link if you have your mobile phone number or e-mail address stored in your customer profile.
